COMcheck
COMcheck is a software created by the U.S. Department of Energy used as a commercial energy compliance tool to determine whether a new commercial or high-rise residential building, addition, or alteration meets the requirements of IECC 2015, ASHRAE Standard 90.1, as well as several Massachusetts-specific code requirements. Massachusetts requires a COMcheck report before issuing building permits for all commercial projects.
